The government of Punjab has declared millions of rupees worth merit-based PEEF scholarships worth for talented undergraduates.
As per details, the grants have been announced by the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF). The students securing minimum 60% marks in matric and inter 2021 exam are eligible to apply for them.
Moreover, for the minimum marks, applicants must require to be either orphans, children of government servants from grades 1 to 4, or those students with a family income of less than Rs. 23,000 in order to apply for the scholarships.
In addition, the undergraduates who have got at least 60% marks last year, or belong to either a minority group or a scheduled or protected caste are eligible to apply.
The matric and inter students who want to apply for PEEF scholarships are required to send their applications to PEEF’s office before 31st March 2022.
PEEF has administered the Higher Education Department (HED), School Education Department (SED), District Education Officers (DEOs), and heads of all educational institutes in Punjab to make sure that all eligible students apply for the scholarships.
