BISE Lahore Matric 10^th Result 2020

Board of intermediate and secondary education Lahore may declare Matric Result 2020 on September 18, 2020. All BISEs across Punjab will declare the result on the same date.

The result was postponed because practical marks were not provided but now the provincial cabinet meeting that held on September 14 had decided the promotion and exams policy, the BISEs may announce the result of Matric on September 18.

It was decided previously that the result will be declared on September 14, 2020. But the practical marks were not provided so the result was delayed and expected at the end of September or at the start of October.

Intermediate annual exams were postponed due to the hit of COVID-19 this year. However, the result will be provided by adding 3% grace marks to 1st-year results.

Minimum of 50% marks in practical will be given to all the students, and the rest 50% will be awarded on the basis of student’s performance in theory paper.

Raja Yasir stated that matric results will be ready within due time and will be declared before September.

As regards the admission in higher education institutions, the minister stated that educational institutions have been given directions to announce their admission policy and dates according to the announcement of the matric result.

So, admissions in colleges are thought to be commenced after matric result announcement.
