Higher Education Department Punjab (HED) planned to precise the Intermediate syllabus due to the Covid-19 lockdown. 

As intermediate classes have restarted after a delay of over 3 months, HED has made a committee to give recommendations to a precise FA FSc Syllabus.

The smart syllabus for matric is already announced. HED has given instructions to the Textbook board to do working on syllabus reduction. 

This is important to state here that the intermediate syllabus is much lengthy.

Students prepare more than 12 chapters of Chemistry and Mathematics in Part-I and, and the syllabus for English and biology is also very long.

A committee headed by MD Textbook Board has been formed for this purpose, in which the formula to reduce the syllabus will be finalized and the recommendations of the committee will be submitted to the Punjab government.
