Sindh Announces the Dates of the Matric and Inter Exams

The schedules for the matriculation and intermediate exams for the academic year 2022–23 have been issued by the government of Sindh. The data available states that the Matric exam will start on May 8, 2023, and inter examination will be on May 22, 2023, all across the province.

The Secretary of the School Education Department, Akbar Leghari, chaired a subcommittee meeting where this new development was examined and discussed. The chairman of the Board of Secondary Education was present at the meeting as well.

The conference also accepted modifications to the testing process. Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying a 20-point value, short questions carrying a 40-point value, and long questions carrying a 40-point value will all be included in the exams.

Sindh provincial administration issued the schedule for winter vacation last week for all the public and private schools and colleges. The winter break for provincial employees will start on December 20th, 2022, and go until January 1st, 2023, according to the specifications.

According to the specifics, the winter break for employees in the province will begin on the 20th of December in the year 2022 and go until the 1st of January in the following year.
